Led delivery of two iOS consumer apps from concept through launch and ongoing operations, orchestrating a team of 10–20 engineers, product managers, data scientists, and customer support representatives. Both apps unlocked unique, engaging user experiences driving 100K+ daily active users and top-tier App Store ratings.



Owned all external communications on delivery status, product requirements, risks, and commercial terms to strategic partners within Apple's Health organization. Led strategy ideation sessions, and translated complex partner needs into aligned, actionable priorities at every level of the organization.
Managed cross-functional teams to deliver an overhaul of Evidation's user data platform, modernizing integrations, improving reliability, and building the compliance and data governance layer required to meet the standards of Apple, a national government, and regulators simultaneously. This directly enabled LumiHealth, a gamified wellness app co-built with Apple for Singapore's Health Promotion Board, deployed nationally through step challenges, team competitions, and eVoucher rewards.
Built and owned the complete delivery framework for a book of business worth $5.5M, including project plans, risk logs, release schedules, financial models, and stakeholder reporting cadences. Proactively identified and resolved program risks before they became blockers.
The apps, user experiences, and engagement frameworks built under this program generated enough real-world data to fuel two major published studies. One showed that a smartphone and Apple Watch could reliably detect early signs of cognitive decline at a scale no lab study had ever reached. The other explored what it actually takes to keep hundreds of thousands of users engaged in a long-running digital health program.
