behind LumiHealth.

Managed cross-functional teams to deliver an overhaul of Evidation's user data platform, modernizing integrations, improving reliability, and building the compliance and data governance layer required to meet the standards of Apple, a national government, and regulators simultaneously. This directly enabled LumiHealth, a gamified wellness app co-built with Apple for Singapore's Health Promotion Board, deployed nationally through step challenges, team competitions, and eVoucher rewards.

The apps, user experiences, and engagement frameworks built under this program generated enough real-world data to fuel two major published studies. One showed that a smartphone and Apple Watch could reliably detect early signs of cognitive decline at a scale no lab study had ever reached. The other explored what it actually takes to keep hundreds of thousands of users engaged in a long-running digital health program.
