Served as the connective tissue between external partners and internal teams at Evidation, translating usage data and user feedback into clear product priorities. Over three years, coordinated a cross-functional team of 10 to 20 product managers, engineers, and customer support representatives to ship dozens of new platform features, culminating in the launch of two first-in-kind iOS health apps that reached 250K+ users nationwide with industry-leading engagement rates.

Built and maintained Evidation's highest-stakes external relationship by earning trust at the Director and VP level within Apple's Health organization. I oversaw all product delivery, risk communication, contracting, and commercial terms with partners and led strategy sessions that translated partner needs into clear product priorities.
Coordinated across product, engineering, data science, and compliance teams to deliver a major platform overhaul — the backbone of LumiHealth, a gamified wellness app co-built with Apple for Singapore's Health Promotion Board. Navigated competing requirements across Apple, a national government, and regulators to ship on time and to spec, ensuring a seamless experience for both the partner and the end user.
Owned a $5.5M book of business — managing a portfolio of high-value partnerships through each program's full lifecycle. Built the reporting cadences, review processes, and operating models that kept partners informed and programs on track, proactively surfacing and resolving issues before they became blockers to partner satisfaction or revenue.
The apps and user experiences built under this partnership drove enough sustained participation to fuel two peer-reviewed publications — one proving a smartphone and Apple Watch could detect early cognitive decline at population scale, the other studying what it actually takes to keep hundreds of thousands of users engaged over time.
